variable client sleep time
Description
- Made client sleep time able to be set in the constructor
- Increased sleep time in BurtBackgroundMonitor to reduce CPU usage
with thanks to @jw for figuring this out.
I'm confident that the Background Monitor can handle this because odometry messages come once every 10 seconds. Need more testing of effects on the haptics and stability before deciding whether to do this in games.
