libbarrett sandbox install bug

Amy Blank requested to merge feature/sandbox-install-bug into devel

Some users have complained about being unable to run teach_and_play out of the box from the ~/libbarrett_sandbox folder. This is because the configuration files did not get properly installed. Fixed here.
