• Moved Manufacturing tools into ProficioClient.Manufacturing
• Moved Sandbox to ProficioClient.Sandbox
• Removed numbers from mfg tools
• Removed Mono.Option from projects not using it
• Moved Mono.Option into its own project so it generates a dll
