Low-Cost Burt Updates

Description

Changes needed for BurtSharp and its programs to be compatible with the low-cost Burt firmware.

  • enabled systems bitfield and struct now include haptic_elbow_stop
  • new ContinuousPassiveMotionConfig and HapticElbowStopConfig
  • new CoAP routes, e.g. ambidextrous elbow, is cpm mode, etc.
  • CPM mode now takes file paths
  • more extensive updates to manufacturing programs PointToPointCheckout, RobotGravityCalibration, and JointCalibration
