Filled in remaining doxygen comments
Description
Eliminated doxygen warnings. All public and protected members, properties, and functions are now documented or explicitly excluded from documentation. Changed a few things that were public and didn't need to be. Removed a couple unnecessary properties.
To generate the documentation, run burt-sharp/scripts/generate_documentation. Then find the resulting pdf in burt-sharp/build/docs.
