Adding support for Getting the Robot Handedness, Outerlink State, and Patient connection information:

  • Added support for session/handedness, session/outerlink and session/patient_detect
  • Added support for the observable group/status (RobotStatus)
  • Added appropriate enums and types for the new messages
  • Added support to RobotConnection and the ability for RobotConnection to accept a callback
